We sell both brand-new and refurbished handsets. Refurbished devices are graded based on cosmetic and functional condition, and this grading is described at the point of sale. Minor cosmetic variation between units of the same grade should be expected.
Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates given are estimates and not guaranteed, though we aim to dispatch orders promptly and provide tracking information where available.
If you wish to cancel or return an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 0333 011 7979. Where you have a legal right to cancel (for example under UK distance selling regulations), we will honour that right in accordance with applicable law. Devices returned should be in the condition they were received, with all original accessories and packaging where possible.
Eligible devices are covered by a warranty period as stated at the time of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing or functional faults arising under normal use, and does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised repairs. To make a warranty claim, contact us on 0333 011 7979.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website.
